Terms of service
These terms apply to services provided by Mellizos Services, a sole trader business of Riccardo Murgia, based in Malta. Each engagement is confirmed in a one-page agreement; if it conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
1. The free demo
If a process is a fit, we build a working demo on one week of your real data and deliver the output within 72 hours. It is free, and you keep the output whether or not you go ahead. We use the data you share only to build the demo and delete it within [30 days] if you don’t proceed.
2. Services and fees
- Each engagement has a one-off setup fee and a monthly fee as listed on the pricing page or in your agreement.
- Prices are in euro. VAT is not currently charged; if that changes, existing clients get at least 30 days’ notice.
- The monthly fee covers running, monitoring and small changes to the agreed process. New processes or substantial changes are quoted separately.
- Invoices are due within [14 days].
3. Term and cancellation
Engagements are month-to-month. Either party can cancel with 30 days’ notice. The setup fee is not refundable once setup work has been delivered.
4. Your data and handover
Your data stays yours. We process it under our Data Processing Agreement. On request, and on cancellation, you receive a documented handover pack: configuration, a list of credentials in use, a runbook, and an export of your data.
5. Human approval
For the first six months of an engagement, nothing is sent to your customers without a person on your side approving it, unless you agree otherwise in writing.
6. Our responsibilities
We run the process with reasonable skill and care, monitor it, and fix failures we detect as quickly as we reasonably can. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party systems we connect to.
7. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to [the fees you paid in the three months before the claim]. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction.
